Shipping policy
We take commercially reasonable efforts to ship your products within the time frame we provided to you at the time of purchase. Our fulfillment team works to ship out the orders within 48 hours, but it may take longer at different periods of time throughout the year. Please see the tracking information provided with your order confirmation for approximate delivery time frames.
Please note that any time frames we provide are good faith estimates and may be subject to change. We will not be liable beyond refunding your purchase price if there is a delay in delivering your product(s). We are not responsible for shipping delays due to factors outside of our reasonable control, such as bad weather, natural disasters, strikes, protests, government disruptions, the carrier not managing the shipments on time, or longer shipping time than expected etc.
Please allow 2 weeks for fulfillment and shipping for domestic USA orders and 4 weeks for international orders. Though we try to do things as soon as possible. If it takes longer than that time frame, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue. But we ask that the customer reaches out to the shipping carrier with their tracking number to inquire about the package first, to see where the package may be.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees, customs, and duty charges. We do not refund any shipping or handling fees including customs and duty charges.
